Refund handling depends on where the subscription was purchased. Final support contacts and jurisdiction-specific wording must be added before launch.
Web purchases
For a subscription purchased through the taleko web checkout, submit the request through the billing provider or the support contact that will be published before launch.
Eligibility and timing are assessed under the checkout terms and applicable consumer law.
App Store and Google Play
Apple and Google control refunds for purchases made through their stores. Requests must follow the relevant store process and rules.
Cancellation
Cancelling stops future renewal but does not automatically create a refund. Access generally continues through the paid period unless the provider or applicable law requires otherwise.
